Week 36: GORGEous Upper Austria

Another week full of good news!

One of my best friends brought her new baby girl into the world.
My cousin welcomed his new baby boy.
And as of Thursday, June 24, 2021, Austria has lifted the entry restrictions for travelers arriving from the United States! Click here for more information.

This weekend we visited Dr. Vogelgesang-Klamm - the longest gorge in Upper Austria and 2nd largest in all of Austria.

After 500 wooden steps, 4 water falls, and several narrow bridges we reached the end of the trail, but we continued a bit further to The Bosruckhütte to rest and rehydrate.

This alpine hut sat next to a farm where several cows were wandering around, grazing at the grass. I got up close to one of the cows who strayed away from the herd and pet it!
